Azina365 Editorial Team
Useful financial information should be clear, sourced and honest.
These standards govern the public guides and educational tools published through Azina365 Learn.

1. What we publish for
Azina365 Learn explains SACCOs, cooperative finance, loans, savings, shares and everyday financial decisions for a Kenyan audience. Our objective is to help a reader ask better questions, understand important terms and find the relevant official source. Educational content is kept separate from private institutional or member information held in the Azina365 platform.
2. Source hierarchy
For legal, regulatory and public-data claims, we prefer the responsible authority or the published law. Depending on the subject, that may include SASRA, Kenya Law, the Central Bank of Kenya, the Capital Markets Authority, the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, KRA, KNBS or the state department responsible for cooperatives.
Official SACCO documents may support institution-specific information. We do not treat an unsourced social-media post, promotional ranking or copied internet table as authoritative evidence.
3. Research and review
Each guide begins with the question a reader needs answered. The editorial team checks the applicable Kenyan context, distinguishes facts from examples, links important primary sources and removes claims that cannot be supported. Calculations are tested against defined formulas and assumptions. Regulatory guides carry an information notice and a visible updated date.
Where a subject requires professional legal, tax, investment or credit advice, the article should explain that boundary instead of implying that general content can decide an individual case.
4. Commercial independence
Azina365 is a commercial financial-technology product, but educational coverage should remain useful whether or not the reader becomes a customer. We do not name a SACCO “best” because it advertises with or pays Azina365. Sponsored or paid placement, if introduced, must be clearly labelled and must not determine an undisclosed editorial ranking.
5. Dates and changing information
Publication and updated dates reflect substantive editorial work, not automatic date changes. Licensing status, laws, rates and institution-specific terms can change. Readers should follow the linked official source for the current position, especially before joining an institution, moving money, guaranteeing a loan or making a legal decision.
6. What our content is not
Azina365 Learn provides general education. It is not a loan offer, CRB report, regulatory endorsement, individualized financial advice, investment recommendation, legal opinion or guarantee of a particular outcome. Public calculators use the figures and assumptions entered by the user; official lender documents govern an actual facility.
7. Corrections and feedback
If you identify an error, outdated official link or material omission, email support@azina365.com with the article URL and supporting source. We assess corrections against the best available evidence and update the page where warranted.
